Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival. Fourteen days notice required during holidays and special events.
For Memorial Day weekend (May 22 - 25, 2008), please note that a one night Room and Tax refundable deposit is required to make a reservation. Please note that on these dates, there is a 7 day cancellation policy, from the date of arrival. Failure to cancel any reservation where a deposit has been collected less than 7 days before date of arrival, during these periods, will result in deposit becoming a cancellation fee, therefore non refundable.
