Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Fourteen days (14) cancellation policy for the dates listed below, one (1) night deposit due at time of booking. Cancellations must be submitted 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, unless noted below. Failure to cancel any reservation within this period will result in deposit cancellation fee, therefore non-refundable.

Jan 28 - Feb 01, 2010 & Feb 4 - Feb 7, 2010
1 night deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
1 night will be charged for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.
February 11 15, 2010 Miami International Boat Show
1 night deposit will be charged at the time of booking.

March 24 - 29, 2010
1 night deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
1 night will be charged for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.
May 26 - 30, 2010 Memorial Day Weekend
1 night deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
1 night will be charged for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.
Twentyone (21) days cancellation policy for the dates listed below, one (1) night deposit due at time of booking. Failure to cancel any reservation within this period will result in deposit cancellation fee, therefore non-refundable.
